Azomaxx – Azoxystrobin 18.2% + Difenoconazole 11.4% w/w SC

Azomaxx is a fungicide manufactured by MaxxGro Agrology Limited, containing Azoxystrobin 18.2% and Difenoconazole 11.4% w/w as a suspension concentrate (SC) formulation. It is used for the control of Anthracnose and Powdery Mildew in chilli. Azoxystrobin and Difenoconazole act through two different mechanisms to inhibit fungal growth.

Azoxystrobin 18.2% + Difenoconazole 11.4% w/w SC is also registered for use in tomato against Early blight and Late blight. As a suspension concentrate, Azomaxx is diluted in water before spray application, and should be used strictly as per the crop, disease, dose and timing recommendations on the approved product label.

  • Contains Azoxystrobin 18.2% + Difenoconazole 11.4% as active ingredients
  • Formulated as a Suspension Concentrate (SC)
  • Fungicide category product for disease management
  • Registered use in chilli, among other listed crops
  • Controls anthracnose and powdery mildew
  • Dual mode of action: respiration inhibition and ergosterol biosynthesis inhibition

This combination product acts through two complementary mechanisms. Azoxystrobin is a strobilurin (QoI) fungicide that inhibits fungal mitochondrial respiration by blocking electron transfer at the cytochrome bc1 complex (FRAC Group 11). Difenoconazole is a triazole (DMI) fungicide that inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis by blocking the 14α-demethylase enzyme, disrupting fungal cell membrane formation (FRAC Group 3). Together, they provide broad-spectrum, dual-mode disease control.

Azomaxx (Azoxystrobin 18.2% + Difenoconazole 11.4% w/w SC) is diluted in the recommended volume of water and applied as a foliar spray in chilli, using standard knapsack or boom sprayers, following the approved product label.

  • Use strictly as per the directions on the approved product label
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment during mixing and spraying
  • Avoid spray drift onto sensitive or non-target crops
  • Keep out of reach of children and away from food, feed, and water sources
  • Store in a cool, dry place in original packaging
