Lamdora – Lambda-Cyhalothrin 5% EC
Lamdora is an insecticide manufactured by MaxxGro Agrology Limited, containing Lambda-Cyhalothrin 5% as an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) formulation. It is used for the control of Bollworms, Jassids and Thrips in cotton. Lambda-cyhalothrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide that acts on the nervous system of susceptible insect pests.
Lambda-Cyhalothrin 5% EC is also registered for use in paddy (rice), brinjal, tomato, chilli, pigeon pea, onion, okra, chickpea and groundnut. As an emulsifiable concentrate, Lamdora is diluted in water before spray application, and should be used strictly as per the crop, pest, dose and timing recommendations on the approved product label.

Lambda-cyhalothrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide that acts on voltage-gated sodium channels in insect nerve cell membranes, keeping the channels open and causing prolonged depolarization, repetitive nerve firing, paralysis and death of the target insect. Lambda-cyhalothrin is classified under IRAC Group 3A (sodium channel modulators).
Lamdora (Lambda-Cyhalothrin 5% EC) is diluted in the recommended volume of water and applied as a foliar spray in cotton, using standard knapsack or boom sprayers, following the approved product label.
