- Formulated as a Suspension Concentrate (SC)
- Fungicide category product for disease management
- Registered use in wheat, among other listed crops

- Systemic, ergosterol-biosynthesis-inhibiting mode of action
Tebuconazole is a triazole (DMI) fungicide that inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis by blocking the 14α-demethylase enzyme, which is required for fungal cell membrane formation. This disrupts membrane integrity and halts fungal growth. Tebuconazole is systemic and is classified under FRAC Group 3 (DMI fungicides).
Maxxvive (Tebuconazole 38.39% SC) is diluted in the recommended volume of water and applied as a foliar spray in wheat, using standard knapsack or boom sprayers, following the approved product label.
