Cypermaxx – Cypermethrin 25% EC
Cypermaxx is an insecticide manufactured by MaxxGro Agrology Limited, containing Cypermethrin 25% as an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) formulation. It is used for the control of bollworms in cotton. Cypermethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide that acts on the nervous system of susceptible insect pests.
As an emulsifiable concentrate, Cypermaxx is diluted in water before spray application. The product is intended for use strictly as per the approved crop, pest, dose and timing recommendations on the product label for cotton.

Cypermethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide that acts on voltage-gated sodium channels in insect nerve cell membranes. It keeps these channels open for an abnormally long time, causing prolonged depolarization of the nerve, repetitive firing, paralysis and eventual death of the target insect. Cypermethrin is classified under IRAC Group 3A (sodium channel modulators).
Cypermaxx (Cypermethrin 25% EC) is diluted in the recommended volume of water and applied as a foliar spray in cotton, using standard knapsack or boom sprayers, following the approved product label.
