Khadashi – Quizalofop Ethyl 10% EC
Khadashi is a herbicide manufactured by MaxxGro Agrology Limited, containing Quizalofop Ethyl 10% as an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) formulation. It is registered, as part of a twin-pack combination with Chlorimuron Ethyl 25% WP and a recommended surfactant, for the post-emergence control of grassy and broad-leaved weeds in soybean, including Echinochloa spp., Cynodon dactylon, Brachiaria ramosa, Digitaria marginata, Dactyloctenium aegyptium and several broad-leaved species. Quizalofop ethyl is an aryloxyphenoxypropionate herbicide selective for grasses.
As an emulsifiable concentrate, Khadashi is diluted in water together with the co-pack partner and surfactant before spray application. The product is intended for use strictly as per the approved crop, weed, dose and timing recommendations on the product label for soybean.

Quizalofop ethyl is an aryloxyphenoxypropionate (FOP) herbicide that inhibits the enzyme acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase), which is required for fatty acid biosynthesis in grasses. Inhibition of this enzyme halts lipid synthesis in meristematic tissue, leading to growth cessation and death of susceptible grassy weeds, while broad-leaved crops such as soybean remain unaffected. Quizalofop ethyl is classified under HRAC/WSSA Group 1 (ACCase inhibitors).
Khadashi (Quizalofop Ethyl 10% EC) is diluted in the recommended volume of water together with the twin-pack partner and surfactant, and applied as a post-emergence foliar spray in soybean, using standard knapsack or boom sprayers, following the approved product label.
