Domio – Spiromesifen 22.9% SC
Domio is an insecticide manufactured by MaxxGro Agrology Limited, containing Spiromesifen 22.9% as a suspension concentrate (SC) formulation. It is used for the control of whitefly and mite in cotton. Spiromesifen is a tetronic-acid-derivative insecticide/acaricide that disrupts lipid biosynthesis in target pests.
Spiromesifen 22.9% SC is also registered for use in brinjal, apple and chilli against mites. As a suspension concentrate, Domio is diluted in water before spray application, and should be used strictly as per the crop, pest, dose and timing recommendations on the approved product label.

Spiromesifen is a tetronic acid derivative that inhibits acetyl-CoA carboxylase, an enzyme required for lipid biosynthesis in target pests. This disrupts normal growth and development, particularly affecting the reproduction and development of whiteflies and mites. Spiromesifen is classified under IRAC Group 23 (inhibitors of acetyl-CoA carboxylase).
Domio (Spiromesifen 22.9% SC) is diluted in the recommended volume of water and applied as a foliar spray in cotton, using standard knapsack or boom sprayers, following the approved product label.
