Mezonex (Topramezone 33.6% SC) is a high-performance post-emergence herbicide containing Topramezone 33.6% w/w (SC formulation). Topramezone acts by inhibiting the enzyme HPPD (4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase), which leads to chlorosis and necrosis in weeds while being safe for the maize crop when used at recommended doses.
