Our Independent Directors
Mr. C.V. Padmanabhan
Mr. C.V. Padmanabhan is a retired Section Officer from the Delhi Administration Subordinate Services (DASS), with over 35 years of government service across key ministries including Civil Aviation, Urban Development, and Law & Justice.
He has held critical roles such as Private Secretary and Special Officer to Union Ministers, with expertise in vigilance, legislative coordination, and administrative governance.
Mr. Padmanabhan brings deep institutional knowledge, integrity, and a commitment to transparent leadership to his role at Maxxgro.
His guidance strengthens Maxxgro’s compliance framework and policy oversight.
Ms. Shelly Gupta, FCA
Ms. Shelly Gupta is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation, Auditing, and Financial Consulting. She has worked with MNCs, appeared before Revenue Authorities, and supported M&A deals during her time with a venture capital firm.
She also actively contributes to the ICAI community and brings strong financial and regulatory expertise to Maxxgro’s board.
Her experience spans international taxation, compliance, and strategic financial planning, adding depth to our governance.
She is also a mentor and educator, having conducted professional training for aspiring CAs.
Dr. Sunil Khatter
Dr. Sunil Khatter is a former Scientist ‘E’ with the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, with over 35 years of experience in scientific research, industrial innovation, and technology transfer.
He has played a key role in evaluating and managing national programs supporting innovations in industries, start-ups, and MSMEs, and was actively involved in international collaborations and capacity-building initiatives.
With a Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry and extensive hands-on experience in the chemical and pesticide formulation sector, Dr. Khatter brings deep domain expertise, policy insight, and scientific rigor to Maxxgro’s leadership.
