Our Independent Directors
Ms. Shelly Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of post-qualification experience. A graduate of Delhi University, she has extensive expertise in auditing, direct & indirect taxation, compliance, and regulatory matters.
She has successfully handled audits for leading MNCs, appeared before Revenue Authorities, managed Faceless Assessments, and worked with a venture capital firm on M&A deal structuring and project reports. Her specialization includes international taxation, internal financial controls (IFC), and financial reporting.

He has served as Private Secretary and Special Officer to several Union Ministers, contributing to ministerial coordination, vigilance oversight, legislative support, and cabinet documentation. Renowned for his institutional knowledge, efficiency, and integrity, Mr. Padmanabhan is respected for his legacy of trusted public service and procedural excellence.
Dr. Sunil Khatter
Dr. Sunil Khatter brings over four decades of expertise in applied chemistry, pesticide formulation, technology development, and industrial research to Maxxgro. A retired Scientist ‘E’ from the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, he has led and monitored numerous national and international projects fostering innovation, technology transfer, and MSME growth.
With prior experience at Hindustan Insecticides Limited and global exposure through UNIDO and UNESCAP fellowships, Dr. Khatter has been instrumental in advancing sustainable agricultural practices and technology-driven solutions.
